Born in Belluno, where I earned a diploma in Industrial Construction Technology, I went on to graduate with a degree in architecture in 2008 from the IUAV University of Venice, while I was already working on my first projects in the Dolomites. There, after gaining professional experience at an architecture firm with an international and Northern European focus, I  to co-founded the architecture and surveying firm Bortoluzzi Associati.

With a genuine passion for design and eco-sustainability, I work as a freelance architect and expert technical consultant in the fields of renovations, restorations, energy retrofits, and efficient energy management. I also specialize in interior design, paying particular attention to comfort, the functionality of spaces, the use of appropriate and hypoallergenic materials, and the blend of technical innovation and tradition.

Thanks to my extensive training in construction process innovation and building quality, I am well-versed in and design according to the most widely recognized certification protocols, such as PassivHaus, CasaClima, Itaca, and LEED.

Concurrently, I work as an energy consultant and construction detailer for companies and firms seeking to approach technical design with meticulous care, and I teach training courses for companies, firms, and designers on eco-sustainability, efficient energy management, nearly zero-energy buildings, and proper design.

Due to all my expertise—and the experience of my father and business partner, surveyor Paolo Bortoluzzi, a leading figure in our professional field in the area—I am a trusted buyer’s agent in the real estate sector.

I served as a member of the Culture Committee of the Belluno Order of Architects before becoming secretary and co-founder of the Association of Young Architects of Belluno.

I am currently the regional President of IG Passivhaus Veneto, the regional association of Passivhaus designers, consultants, and technicians.
