The firm was founded in Belluno and, over time, has expanded its area of expertise to cover the entire province of Belluno and the Dolomites region, growing steadily and offering an ever-wider range of services thanks to the integration of internal and external collaborators and professionals who complement the firm’s structural and systems engineering capabilities.
An architect and designer based in Belluno, he specializes in sustainable zero-energy design. His work focuses primarily on renovations, the restoration of historic and listed buildings, and thanks to his research on comfort and sustainability, he is in demand for projects involving energy retrofits, thermal sizing, and bioclimatic design. He has earned the title of Certified Passivhaus Designer and serves as regional President of IG Passivhaus Veneto. He teaches courses on sustainable design.
PAOLO BORTOLUZZI
SURVEYOR
A certified construction surveyor, he has long provided consulting services in the construction sector, including real estate appraisals, technical and instrumental surveys, technical assistance in legal matters, and civil mediation. As a court-appointed technical expert for the Court of Belluno, he also handles land registry matters, inheritance proceedings, and notarial deeds. He was a co-founder and president of Belluno Tecnologia, the training organization for industrial surveyors in the Province of Belluno.
